1. Digital Products
All products sold through this website are digital software extensions delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, once a product has been downloaded or a license key has been activated, the product cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. This policy outlines the limited circumstances under which we may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund request.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We may consider a refund request only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date
- Valid proof of purchase is provided (order number or transaction reference)
- You provide a clear description of the issue and the steps you have taken to resolve it
Meeting these conditions does not guarantee a refund. All refund decisions are made at our sole and absolute discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
A refund request may not be granted in situations such as:
- You changed your mind or no longer need the product
- You failed to read the product description, requirements, or compatibility information before purchasing
- The product is incompatible with your environment due to your specific hosting, server configuration, PHP version, content management system version, or other installed software
- You purchased the wrong product or a duplicate by mistake
- You are unable to install or configure the product due to lack of technical knowledge
- The product functions as described but does not meet your subjective expectations
- You have violated the Software License (SUSDL) terms as described in our Terms of Service
- Your account has been terminated for violation of our terms
- Custom or personalized work has been performed
- Support services have already been rendered in connection with the purchase
- More than 14 days have passed since the original purchase date
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your order number or transaction reference
- Describe the issue in detail, including any error messages, screenshots, and steps you have already taken to troubleshoot
We may request additional information or ask you to perform troubleshooting steps before a refund decision is made. Failure to cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting requests may result in denial of the refund.
5. Consequences of a Refund
If a refund is approved:
- Your license for the refunded product is immediately and permanently revoked
- You must uninstall and delete all copies of the software from all systems, websites, and backups
- Any activated license keys associated with the refunded product will be deactivated
- You lose all rights to use, access, or receive updates or support for the refunded product
- We reserve the right to verify that the software has been removed from your systems
6. Payment Processing
All refunds are processed through our merchant of record. The actual refund transaction, including timing and method, is handled entirely by the merchant of record and is subject to their policies and procedures. We are not responsible for delays or issues in the payment processing. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 2-10 business days after approval, though timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and revoke all associated licenses. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback, as chargebacks may result in permanent loss of access to all purchased products.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on this page. The refund policy applicable to your purchase is the one in effect at the time of your purchase.
